The Best Make-up Is Your Own Face

Cosmetic and health companies will always have some doctors be on their medical board and/or their spokes person, and some clinical studies will always show that their products are the best on the market. Along with the marketing strategy guru and the creative teams that comes up with the most appealing name, and the most eye catching packaging to get your attention. The truth is, these companies, doctors, and the lab that does the studies all have one similar goal. To make money!

Hey, there's nothing wrong for making money. We all want to make money. This is just giving you a simple observation, and see if you agree.

So, after spending thousands and thousands of dollars to develop a product and have the clinical study to back them up (to say that that it works), and then having a "doctor" tell you that it works. Does it really work? You are the best judge of that.

Have you notice the people with the most flawless skin wears the least amount of make up? The best make up is not to cover up your flawed skin, it is to take care of your skin. No matter how much money you spent in buying foundation that says will cover up your redness, zits, dark circle and etc. If you have a face full of pussy zits, people will notice it, even if you "try" to cover it up with whatever miracle make up you have.

Have you seen some people with mismatched foundation color CAKED on that HUGE zit they are trying to cover? Doesn't it just make it as obvious as the one black sheep among all the white sheep on a snowy day? You get my point.

Here are some tips that have worked for me.
1. Love yourself more
2. Always take off your make up properly before you go to bed ( You age like hell when you don't take them off)
3. Daily cleanse, tone, treat, and moisturize
4. Regular mask, scrub, facials
5. Make sure you are hydrated
6. You are what you eat.
7. Beauty sleep!
8. Exercise and/get regular massages - detox your body. My ancestors believe that your face reveals the malfunction of your body. If you don't get rid of the toxin regularly, it'll show up on your face.

For example: If you have rash, zits, bumpy stuff on the side of your mouth, and around your chin, that could indicate something is wrong with your ovary/sexual organs, it's hormonal.

My Chinese ancestors could be b-s-ing, but check out your friends who are having crappy periods, and maybe having trouble having kids.

Back to the skin. Next time you think about spending huge amount of money for the "miracle" make up, maybe spent sometime to understand your body a little better. Love your body, it'll love you back. I promise.

There are no ugly women, only lazy ones.
